About Liang Shing
Liang Shing is Taiwan’s largest producer and supplier of farmed and processed Barramundi.
Exporting 70% of total Barramundi in Taiwan per year. With annual capacity of over 6000 tons and 170 hectares of farms (40 ha 100% owned + 130 ha invested and co-operate).
The group manages the full value chain with best in class industrial-scale breeding program from brood stock and roe to the fish being slaughtered and processed. This provides an exceptional level of control in terms of product quality.
- 1974 Managed Fishery Company, engaged in aquaculture operation
- 1996 Specialized in farming barramundi, acquired farms in Pingtung area
- 2006 Transferred to large-scale processing plant, with ultra-low temperature equipment
- 2007 Established Liang Shing Frozen Seafood Co.,LTD.
- 2008 Obtained ISO22000 and SGS inspection
- 2009 Obtained HACCP & BRC Global standard for food safety
- 2010 Extended sales & marketing in international market Purchase additional farms and co-operate with local farmers for rapid expansion
- 2011 Establish Integrated Value Chain, from hatcheries to processing and QC
- 2014 Setup R&D centre for value added product development, new breed research

size and product in our state of art processing plant in Fang Liao. Our farming follows the
